AIPPI: “ COLLECTING IN THE DIGITAL SINGLE MARKET “

The Italian Group of AIPPI – International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property – will meet on March 30^th from 15.00 to 18.00 to discuss about the activities of collecting societies in the digital market. Ms. Simona Lavagnini, founding-partner of LGV Avvocati Law Firm, and Secretary of Italian Group, will attend and moderate the event.

The meeting, organized by the Italian Group AIPPI, will be an occasion of confront, and of reunion, between industrial lawyers and technical experts of the field, to discuss about the role of collecting societies in the management of copyright and related rights after the implementation in Italy of the directive on the single digital market (Legislative Decree 177/2021). The conference will be held remotely on the Webinar platform, and it will be introduced and moderate by Ms. Simona Lavagnini, Secretary of AIPPI Italian Group.
