Simona Lavagnini, co-founding partner of LGV Avvocati, will attend the webinar „Copyright & artificial intelligence: what if the author was a robot?”. During the event, which will take place in web-streaming on 18th November at 4.15 p.m., several issues related to Artificial Intelligence and Intellectual Property will be discussed, including the issue of the protection with copyright, or other mechanisms, of works produced by AI. The discussion will also focus on the various interests at stake and the need for a clarifying intervention by the EU legislator, in order to outline the best allocation of rights, also in order to protect and promote investments in technology as well as in the development of the cultural industry.
