MILAN MUSIC WEEK 2021: “THE TRANSPOSITION OF THE COPYRIGHT DIRECTIVE AND THE CULTURAL INDUSTRIES”

Next November 23rd will be held, on the occasion of Milano Music Week 2021, a seminar dedicated to the Transposition of the Copyright Directive in the cultural industry, in which will take part Ms. Simona Lavagnini, founding-partner of LGV Avvocati Law Firm.
The seminar, organized by F.I.M.I. – Italian Music Industry Federation – will be focused on the Italian transposition of the “European Directive No. 2019/790 on Copyright and Related Rights in the Digital Single Market and amending Directives 96/9/EC and 2001/29/EC“, also known as the “Copyright Directive“. The event will be held in live streaming and will be also attended by Ms. Simona Lavagnini, founding-partner of LGV Law Firm, expert in Copyright and new technologies, who will offer an excursus on art. 17 regarding the liability of digital platforms.
