Education and career
Federica graduated in July 2021 from LUISS Guido Carli University of Rome, discussing a thesis in Intellectual Property Law entitled: “Copyright and Artificial Intelligence: the authorship of robot-generated artworks”. Before graduating, Federica attended a semester of legal practice at a law firm in Rome, where she developed skills in judicial and extrajudicial legal consultancy, with a focus on the management of cultural heritage, the performing arts, and cinematographic industry.
Federica has been working at LGV Avvocati since October 2021, ad she is involved in both judicial and extrajudicial matters, focusing on the field of trademarks, designs, unfair competition, copyright and privacy protection, providing legal advice for national and international clients.
Federica is also developing specific skills in the field of anti-piracy law, cooperating with lawyers in the protection of relevant software houses.
