On December 11, 2018 will be held at 9.00 am the proceedings of the conference entitled “IP and Professional Confidentiality” – organized by the Italian Section of AIPPI, International Association for the Protection of Property Intellectual at the Eligio Gualdoni Hall of the Court of Milan.

The interventions of the famous speakers will have as their object the secret in industrial law and its interactions with the various professional figures (lawyers, consultants and judges).

The intervention of Mr. Goglia will specifically address the difficult issue of the balance between confidentiality and the right to defence, also in the light of recent regulatory changes in terms of know-how.
