RAIN OF AWARDS FOR LGV AVVOCATI IN LEADERS LEAGUE 2022

Only a few days have passed since the confirmation for 2022 of the positioning of the firm LGV Avvocati among the best law firms in Italy in Copyright Law, Trademark Litigation and IT & Outsourcing, when yesterday Leaders League released some further rankings for 2022, from which it emerges that the firm LGV Avvocati has been recognised as “excellent” also in the field of Patent Litigation, “highly recommended” in Media, Entertainment and Sport and lastly “recommended” in Fashion.

 

En plein for the firm LGV Avvocati according to Leaders League in all the main rankings of the best law firms in Italy in the sectors related to the world of Intellectual Property for 2022. AIPPI: “OFFICIAL TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY IN THE IP PROCEEDING. CRITICAL PROFILES AND OPEN ISSUES”

The Italian Group of AIPPI – International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property – will meet on November 25th to discuss about the theme of Official Technical Consultancy in the industrial trial, in which Ms. Simona Lavagnini, founding-partner of LGV Avvocati Law Firm, will attend as Secretary of th Italian Group.

 

The meeting, organized by the Italian Group AIPPI, will be an occasion of confrontation, as well as reunion, between industrial lawyers and technical experts of the field, to discuss about the issue concerning the Official Technical Consultancy, and the doubtful profiles related to the IP Proceeding. The conference will be held remotely on the Webminar platform, and it will be introduced by Ms. Simona Lavagnini, Secretary of AIPPI Italian Group.

Ms. Simona Lavagnini, co-founding partner of LGV Avvocati, will take part in the webinar “NFT, instructions for use: technical, legal and fiscal implications of the new digital music scenario”. During the event, which will be held in streaming on 28 November at 11am, several issues related to a new possibility for the music market to increase its resources thanks to blockchain will be explored: the tendency to capitalise on so-called non-fungible tokens, in fact, is gaining ground among musicians and professionals with increasing incidence. The still insufficient regulation of the digital market, however, leads to a proliferation of issues to be dealt with, from cryptocurrency volatility to money laundering. The event will be an opportunity to explore the critical issues and potential of NTFs, from a technical, legal and fiscal perspective.

TOP LEGAL 2021 INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY GUIDE: LGV AVVOCATI AND ITS PROFESSIONALS RANKED AMONG THE BEST IN ITALY

Top Legal has published the 2021 “Intellectual Property” guide, once again ranking LGV Avvocati and its professionals among the best in Copyright, Trademarks and Patents Litigation.

 

Every year Top Legal publishes a national ranking of the best law firms and lawyers divided by specialisation. LGV and its professionals have been included in the rankings for several years, based on analysis that take into account the experience and reputation built up over the years.

LGV Avvocati has been ranked in Band 1 for Copyright Law and in Band 4 in the category of Trademark and Patent Litigation.

With regard to the founding partners, Ms Lavagnini was ranked in band 1 in the Copyright category and Mr Goglia in band 4 in the Patent Litigation category.

Ms Margherita Stucchi, partner, has been ranked in band 4 in the Copyright category, while senior associate Giorgio Rapaccini has been appointed Outstanding Associate in Copyright.
