SIMONA LAVAGNINI RELATRICE AL CONVEGNO “LA TUTELA AMMINISTRATIVA DEL DIRITTO D’AUTORE ONLINE” PRESSO L’UNIVERSITÀ DEGLI STUDI DI NAPOLI “PARTHENOPE”

Lunedì 19 novembre 2018, presso il Dipartimento degli Studi Economici e Giuridici dell’Università degli Studi di Napoli “Parthenope”, l’Avvocato Simona Lavagnini sarà relatrice al convegno “La tutela amministrativa del diritto d’autore online.

 

L’evento, organizzato con il patrocinio dell’AGCOM e AIPPI, si focalizzerà sulle nuove tutele che il diritto amministrativo offre ai titolari di diritti d’autore, con particolare riguardo al mondo online.

L’Avvocato Simona Lavagnini concentrerà il suo intervento su quanto previsto dall’Autorità per le Garanzie nelle Comunicazioni (AGCOM) e dall’Autorità Garante per la Protezione dei Dati Personali in merito alle tutele del diritto d’autore in rete.

TANKRED THIEM SPEAKER AT THE CONFERENCE “INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY FOR ARCHITECTS AND DESIGN”

Tankred Thiem, partner of LGV Avvocati, will be one of the speakers at the conference entitled “Intellectual property for architects and designers” to be held in Brunico (BZ), Sternbach Wohnen, that will take place on November 16, 2018.

 

The conference, conducted entirely in the German language, is accredited by the Order of Architects of Brunico and organized to raise awareness among members of the Order about issues related to industrial and intellectual property and connected with the profession of architect / designer. Mr. Thiem will provide participants with possible scenarios arising from the protection of trademarks, patents and designs, including the best tools for the protection of industrial and intellectual property. Together with Mr. Thiem, one of the speakers will also be Mr. Christian Notdurfter, who will focus his speech on the possible protection of intellectual creations in accordance with the protection of authorship.

Tankred Thiem, Partner di LGV, sarà uno dei relatori al convegno “Proprietà intellettuale per architetti e designer” che si terrà a Brunico (BZ), Sternbach Wohnen, il prossimo 16 novembre 2018.

 

Il convegno, totalmente in lingua tedesca, è accreditato preso l’Ordine degli Architetti di Brunico e organizzato per sensibilizzare i membri dell’Ordine circa le tematiche inerenti alla proprietà industriale ed intellettuale e connesse alla professione di architetto/designer. L’avv. Thiem fornirà ai partecipanti i possibili scenari derivanti dalla protezione di marchi, brevetti e design, ivi inclusi i migliori strumenti di protezione del patrimonio industriale e intellettuale. Insieme all’avv. Thiem, sarà relatore anche l’avv. MARGHERITA STUCCHI RELATRICE AD UN WEBINAR ORGANIZZATO DA ASSEPRIM SU PRIVACY NEI PROCESSI M&A

Il prossimo 31 ottobre, alle 12.00, l’Avv. Margherita Stucchi parteciperà come relatrice ad un webinar organizzato da Asseprim che affronterà le problematiche connesse alla data privacy durante le operazioni di M&A.

 

Il dato personale è un aspetto rilevante della maggior parte delle operazioni di M&A, se si considera che praticamente ogni azienda tratta dati personali (di dipendenti, clienti, fornitori etc.). In alcuni casi poi, l’acquisizione di database contenenti dati personali è addirittura l’aspetto centrale dell’operazione. Non va poi dimenticato che il rischio connesso alla data protection gioca un ruolo essenziale anche nella fase di valutazione del prezzo di acquisto dell’azienda (si pensi al noto caso Verizon/Yahoo).

Per tale ragione, soprattutto a seguito del GDPR, il rispetto delle norme a tutela della privacy è diventato essenziale in tutte le varie fasi delle operazioni di M&A: pre-signing, signing e post-signing. Il webinar avrà ad oggetto l’analisi delle problematiche connesse alla privacy in ogni fase dell’operazione, con un particolare focus sulla fase di due diligence, che dovrà avere ad oggetto anche gli aspetti relativi a rischi di data breach (cyber due diligence).
