Education and Career
Brenda graduated in 2010 from the Catholic University of Milan and in that same year began her professional career. Since August 2011 she has collaborated with LGV, to begin with as a trainee and, subsequently, once admitted to the Milan Bar, as a lawyer. Brenda has developed considerable experience in matters concerning industrial and intellectual property, with a special focus on trademarks and distinctive signs, both registered and unregistered, as well as patents, utility models and designs. Brenda also works with the German Department in the enforcement of exclusive rights and participates in transnational litigation. She deals with the filing and registration of trademarks and designs, offering extra-judicial advice and assistance in relation to proceeding for opposition to and invalidity of trademarks as well as national and/or international designs before the competent bodies. Brenda also manages customs protection of IP rights.
