SIMONA LAVAGNINI INTERVIENE COME RELATRICE AL WORKSHOP MICROSOFT SULLA TUTELA DEL SOFTWARE

In data 15 marzo 2017 l’Avv. Simona Lavagnini ha partecipato come relatrice al Workshop SAM&C organizzato da Microsoft per i propri dipendenti, presso i nuovi uffici di Milano, volto ad approfondire la tematica della tutela dei programmi per elaboratore.


 

L’incontro, dedicato ai dipendenti e collaboratori interni di Microsoft, ha approfondito diverse tematiche attinenti alla protezione del software e dei programmi Microsoft. L’Avv. Lavagnini, in particolare, ha fornito un quadro completo dei profili giuridici di natura civile, penale e amministrativa, affrontando tutte le tematiche connesse in materia di proprietà intellettuale. Il software è stato quindi esaminato come asset di fondamentale importanza, proteggibile dalla legge del diritto d’autore, dalla regolamentazione in tema di marchi ma anche dalla normativa in materia di corporate liability. Particolare attenzione è stata data alle diverse violazioni previste dalla legge, nonché alla responsabilità dei soggetti intermediari e delle pubbliche amministrazioni.
