LGV AVVOCATI WON “COPYRIGHT & DESIGN FIRM OF THE YEAR – ITALY 2021” AT MANAGING IP AWARDS

LGV Avvocati has received the award for “Copyright & Design Firm of the Year- Italy 2021” at the Managing IP Awards, held virtually on the 30th of March.

This award recognizes LGV for their activities in copyrights and design, highlighting their contributions to the fields of software and videogames, and their vanguard litigation for which the firm has achieved the first important orders of web blocking at an Italian and European level, these being leading cases cited also in the March 2021 publication of EUIPO’s “Study on dynamic blocking injunctions in the European Union”.
