The session will cover topics of particular relevance, such as the new substantive and procedural law and the role of the Technical Judge in the new patent system.
The event will take place from 2.30 p.m. to 5.30 p.m., and it will be possible to attend in person, at the Conference Hall of the Fondazione Forense di Monza or, alternatively, as a “webinar” through the Zoom Meeting platform. The conference is accredited by the Monza Bar Association with 2 training credits in civil law and will require registration via the SFERA portal – by selecting the chosen modality for the course – or via email (for any members of the Bar Association who do not use Sfera).
