AIPPI: “OFFICIAL TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY IN THE IP PROCEEDING. CRITICAL PROFILES AND OPEN ISSUES”

The Italian Group of AIPPI – International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property – will meet on November 25th to discuss about the theme of Official Technical Consultancy in the industrial trial, in which Ms. Simona Lavagnini, founding-partner of LGV Avvocati Law Firm, will attend as Secretary of th Italian Group.
The meeting, organized by the Italian Group AIPPI, will be an occasion of confrontation, as well as reunion, between industrial lawyers and technical experts of the field, to discuss about the issue concerning the Official Technical Consultancy, and the doubtful profiles related to the IP Proceeding. The conference will be held remotely on the Webminar platform, and it will be introduced by Ms. Simona Lavagnini, Secretary of AIPPI Italian Group.
