The event, organised by the association Camera Avvocati Industrialisti in collaboration with the Milan Bar Association, will be an occasion of confront, and reunion, between industrial lawyers and technical experts, to discuss the regulatory and legal aspects of plant variety rights. The conference will be held in hybrid mode: in the Court of Justice of Milan, Salone Gualdoni, and also via remote on the Zoom platform.

Speakers, in addition to Luigi Goglia, will include Claudio Marangoni, President of the XIV Civil Section of the Court of Milan, specialised in Enterprise A; Loredana Leo, Councillor of the Milan Bar Association; Francesca Morri, Professor of Economics and Competition Law at the University Cattolica del Sacro Cuore di Milano; Francesco Mattina, President of the Community Plant Variety Office.
