INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND LABOUR LAW: MS. SIMONA LAVAGNINI INTRODUCES THE MEETING ORGANIZED WITH THE COLLABORATION OF AIPPI ITALIA

On Wednesday 31 March 2021 at 12:00, Simona Lavagnini, co-founding partner of LGV Avvocati, will introduce the meeting “Intellectual Property and Labour Law”.

 

The event “Intellectual Property and Labour Law” is organised by the Bar Association of Rome with the collaboration of AIPPI Italy and APL (Avvocati per lavoro) and will be streamed live on the YouTube channel of the Bar Association of Rome.

Following the introduction by Ms. Lavagnini, the meeting will focus on “The intellectual creations of the self-employed worker: art. 4 law 81/2017”; “The inventions of the employee” and “The inventions of the university”.

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE COPYRIGHT DIGITAL SINGLE MARKET: MS. SIMONA LAVAGNINI MODERATES THE WEBINAR ORGANIZED BY AIPPI ITALIAN GROUP

On March 11, 2021 Ms. Simona Lavagnini, co-founding partner of LGV Avvocati and one of the leading experts in copyright and new technologies, will moderate the webinar that will see the participation as speaker of Kristina Janusauskaite, director of European legal affairs – IFPI (International Federation of Phonographic Industries).

 

The interesting webinars promoted by Aippi Italian Group and reserved for members of the association continue: next Thursday, March 11th at 5.00 p.m., Ms. Lavagnini will moderate the webinar on the implementation in Europe of the Directive 790/2021 Copyright Digital Single Market with the participation of Kristina Janusauskaite, who in her role as Director of European Legal Affairs for IFPI is closely following the implementation initiatives in the various European countries, especially with reference to art. 17 of the Directive, and therefore to the new regulation of OCSSP (Online Content Sharing Service Providers).
